BI and Integrations Developer

We are seeking a skilled BI and Integrations Developer to join our Information Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and integration workflows across our application ecosystem. You will leverage platforms like Power BI, Workato, and Azure and work with data from systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence Development (Power BI & Azure)

• Design and develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements.
• Connect, model, and transform data from various sources (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Jira, Azure SQL, etc.).
• Implement row-level security, data refresh scheduling, and optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and BI use cases.
  
  

• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to enable data transparency and operational automation.
• Provide documentation, training, and technical support for BI and integration solutions.
• Maintain data quality and consistency across connected platforms.
• Drive initiatives around process improvement and digital transformation.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in BI development and/or systems integration roles.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, SQL proficiency is a must
• Strong understanding and proven experience with low-code integration platforms like Workato, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) data models and APIs.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, OAuth, and JSON/XML data structures.
• Ability to work across departments and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  
  

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate
• Microsoft or Salesforce experience related to BI or app development
