Team Lead – Embedded Linux

We're looking for an Embedded Linux Team Lead to join a top-tier security company based in Netanya, developing cutting-edge communication and radio technologies.
In this key role, you’ll lead a team through end-to-end embedded Linux development—from kernel and board bring-up to driver, application, and protocol-level development.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a skilled development team in delivering advanced embedded Linux solutions.
- Develop at all levels of the Linux stack: kernel, drivers, BSP, and user-space applications.
- Design and implement communication protocols and complex embedded applications.
- Take part in shaping next-gen secure communication systems.
What You Bring:
- B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Embedded Linux development, including kernel-level work.
- Deep knowledge of the Linux software stack, board bring-up, and driver/BSP development.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills.
- Proven experience in leading development teams with a hands-on approach.
- Self-starter with strong learning abilities and problem-solving mindset.
- Background in networking protocols – an advantage.
