🔍 Job Description:

We're looking for a talented and experienced System Analyst & Digital Project Manager to join a dynamic team! In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, UX designers, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the entire product lifecycle—from gathering requirements to product launch, and ongoing management of new requests.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to understand needs, analyze current systems, and identify gaps.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including system architecture, process flows, API definitions, functional specs, and wireframes.
• Manage project timelines and tasks, coordinate between multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

✅ Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in system analysis and digital project management in Web environments – Must
• Proven experience in writing technical specifications and working in Agile methodology – Must
• Strong experience with databases and integrations/interfaces – Must
• End-to-end management of tech projects, including project planning and scheduling – Must
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Umbraco – Significant Advantage
• Background in software development and understanding of Web architectures – Advantage
• Experience in the insurance or financial sectors – Advantage
• Relevant academic degree – Required
