We are looking for a CPQ Salesforce Implementor to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Salesforce CPQ for our client’s global sales organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams—Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT—to streamline the quote-to-cash cycle, ensure accurate pricing and compliance, and deploy scalable CPQ solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed CPQ requirements, business rules, and process flows.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ modules: product catalogs, bundles, price rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, and contract templates.
• Develop custom logic and integrations using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Integrate CPQ with ERP and billing systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) through middleware or direct API connections.
• Execute test plans (unit, regression, and UAT) and ensure solution quality and performance.
• Produce training materials, deliver workshops, and provide Tier-2 support to global end users.
• Monitor CPQ usage, analyze metrics, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on Salesforce CPQ best practices and new platform releases.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or equivalent proven expertise.
• Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and Visualforce.
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or financial systems via APIs or iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hebrew language skills a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Petah Tikva 3 days per week and collaborate across time zones.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Platform Developer I). (Advantage)
• Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud. ( Advantage)
• Background in high-tech, telecommunications, or government sector implementations. (Advantage)
