A leading company in technology and strategic projects is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper
Responsibilities will include:
Ongoing bookkeeping, bank and credit reconciliation
Monthly reports and filings to authorities
Handling supplier invoices and payments
Customer aging and cash flow tracking
Managing invoice issuance and project-based financial monitoring
Collecting attendance data and assisting in payroll preparation and month-end closing
Requirements:
Certified Bookkeeper (at least Level 2) – mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper up to balance – mandatory
Proficient in Excel – mandatory
Payroll certification – an advantage
Experience with ERP systems – preferably Priority
Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism – ability to support both employees and clients
