A leading tech company is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and creative Employee Experience Team Lead to join its People & Culture function and lead the development and execution of exceptional employee experience programs.

The role includes full ownership of the employee experience domain, management of a small team, and leadership of meaningful culture initiatives, engagement activities, and large-scale internal events that help shape and strengthen the company’s unique DNA.

🔍 Responsibilities:

-Lead the Employee Experience function, including direct management of the team members

-Design and execute annual strategic plans focused on employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing

-Own and produce large-scale company events and internal initiatives (offsites, celebrations, onboarding experiences, etc.)

-Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, producers, and partners

-Monitor and optimize budgets, processes, and program effectiveness

💼 Requirements:

-At least 6 years of experience in employee experience or related roles

-Proven experience managing large internal events and coordinating with multiple vendors

-Strong leadership skills and prior experience managing teams

-Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution abilities - from planning to delivery

-Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills

-Experience working in mid-sized to large tech companies
