We're looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and bring our groundbreaking robotic platforms to life. This is a part-time, equity-based role for a seasoned technical leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about turning bold ideas into working, scalable systems.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the technical vision for Super Robotics, aligning it with our mission to transform in-store retail automation, starting with smarter inventory management, customer service, and logistics.
• Lead the architecture and development of our robotic platforms, spanning hardware, AI/ML, embedded systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Take BoB, our first working prototype that already tackles inventory tasks, to the next level, and spearhead the creation of our second robot focused on real-time, in-store operations.
• Build and mentor a top-tier engineering team, fostering a culture of rapid iteration, hands-on problem solving, and technical excellence.
• Guide prototyping, testing, and deployment in real retail environments, ensuring our robots are robust, scalable, and ready for the real world.
• Bring engineering best practices to life: clean code, efficient systems, and scalable infrastructure that grows with the product and the team.

  What You bring

• 10+ years leading tech teams in fast-moving environments. Ideally, in robotics, deep-tech, AI, or advanced manufacturing
• Extensive expertise across the robotics stack: ROS/ROS2, C++/Python, embedded systems, motion planning, sensors (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs), control algorithms, and real-time robotics.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI/ML integration in robotics.
• Demonstrated experience with simulation tools and advanced debugging at the hardware/software edge
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, comfortable working across platforms and disciplines.
