Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer with UX/UI experience at HAAT, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and user-centered design solutions that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience of our application. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and development teams to produce a wide range of graphic materials that resonate with our target audience and ensure a seamless user journey.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and R&D teams to design high-quality marketing and product assets.
• Create digital ads, social media graphics, app banners, UI elements, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Review and provide feedback on design work produced by the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including UX/UI.
• Experience in copywriting is a plus.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to justify design concepts.
• Experience in advocating for information architecture and content strategy.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
