CTO – AI-Driven Data Platform

Reports to CEO | Full Ownership on Data, Infra & Delivery

We’re supporting a fast-growing Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) company operating at global scale, already powering leading AI-native systems and decision intelligence platforms. The product ingests raw open web data—at massive volume—and transforms it into structured, enriched, enterprise-grade datasets across people, companies, POIs, and more.

We’re looking for a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead all engineering, infrastructure, and data operations—owning the technical strategy from scraping to scalable delivery, and future-proofing the platform for AI and agent-first use cases.

You’ve probably “been there, done that” in high-scale data, scraping, or infra-rich environments—and now want to architect and build something with real scale, technical depth, and product-market traction.

What You’ll Lead:

• End-to-end architecture for large-scale scraping, parsing, and structured data delivery
• Scalable data platforms: from ingestion to normalization, storage, and enrichment
• A hybrid delivery system: real-time APIs and massive bulk feeds
• Future-ready data infrastructure for AI agents, semantic retrieval, and synthetic data
• Global engineering teams across scraping, data, infra, DevOps, and security
• Tech stack evolution (bare metal infra, ClickHouse, Airflow, etc.) for performance & cost-efficiency

What You Bring:

• 10+ years building and scaling data-heavy platforms
• Proven success in web-scale scraping, data modeling, and infrastructure leadership
• Deep understanding of how to support AI/ML pipelines with structured data
• Hands-on mindset + strategic thinking across architecture, tools, and team design
• Strong leadership, execution, and communication skills
