Medical device startup in Caesarea

is seeking for

a Senior Algorithm Engineer with deep expertise in medical computer vision

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize algorithms for 2D/3D registration, segmentation, and tracking.

• Implement classical and ML-based methods for CT and fluoroscopy analysis.

• Rapidly prototype algorithms from academic research.

• Collaborate with software, clinical, and regulatory teams.

• Support integration and documentation for regulatory submissions.

דרישות• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline; PhD preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing computer vision algorithms, ideally in the medical imaging domain.

• Hands-on experience with CT and/or fluoroscopy data and its associated challenges.

• Expertise in Python, C++, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience working with CT and/or fluoroscopy data.

• Familiarity with medical software lifecycle and regulatory standards.
