Operational Cyber Team Leader

We are seeking an Operational Cyber Team Leader for a government agency located in the center of Israel

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a cyber defense team, ensuring effective operational readiness and response capabilities

-Plan, establish, and deploy SOC and SIEM systems to monitor and defend against cyber threats

-Design and implement secure network architectures and defense methodologies tailored to organizational needs

-Oversee daily cyber defense operations across Linux and Windows environments, ensuring optimal use of diverse security products

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in cybersecurity defense within large-scale, multi-user organizations
• Managerial experience leading teams, as well as implementing and deploying SOC and SIEM systems
• Experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures and defense methodologies
• Experience in hardening operating systems, databases, and evaluating cybersecurity technologies
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems and a wide range of cybersecurity products
