Finance Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy student to join our finance team as a Finance Operations Coordinator. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations while supporting our CFO and working closely with our outsourced accounting team

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO with day-to-day financial and operational tasks
• Extract, organize, and analyze data from various systems and tools
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to support financial workflows and ensure timely execution
• Input and manage financial data in an accurate and structured manner
• Support process documentation and help streamline recurring tasks
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, with a structured and process-oriented work approach
• High technological orientation and quick learning ability
• Interest and/or experience in working with AI tools and digital platforms
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with additional tools or platforms – an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change
• Availability to work ~15-20 hours per week
