Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary with Potential for Permanency)

Priority Software, a thriving and rapidly growing global software company, is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. 🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes primarily for the Israeli market.
• Conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Manage and build relationships with recruitment sources and lead generators.
• Recruit for a wide range of positions, including:
• Software development (technical understanding is a must)
• Project management
• IT & System roles
• Customer service and support roles
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify needs and deliver top-tier talent.
• Be part of a warm, professional, and energetic HR team that values impact and teamwork.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field – must
• Proven experience in tech recruitment – must
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media – must
• Full professional proficiency in English and ability to conduct interviews in English – advantage
