We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our compensation team.
As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll, generating comprehensive reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable Israeli labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a strong understanding of payroll systems and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of monthly salary calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Generate detailed compensation and attendance reports from the payroll system.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of and ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws and compensation regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including HR and Finance, to address payroll-related inquiries and ensure smooth processes.
Requirements:
- Certified payroll course graduate (required).
- Minimum of two years of experience in salary accounting or payroll processing.
- Proven experience with the Hargel or Hilan payroll system (required).
- In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor laws (required).
- Experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
- Bookkeeping Level 2 certification is an advantage.
