IT Infrastructure Manager

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to take charge of our Linux and Windows system teams, leading enterprise-grade infrastructure for one of Israel’s most critical and innovative tech environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of 6+ System Engineers across Linux and Windows environments
• Own the full lifecycle of infrastructure operations: servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with helpdesk and network teams to ensure smooth, continuous support
• Define professional and personal development goals for the team
• Develop and execute annual and long-term work plans aligned with strategic IT needs
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of:
• VMWare (ESXi, vCenter), NetApp, Nutanix, Veeam, SCCM, and Microsoft environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Exchange/Office, CA, SQL, RDS)
• Drive adoption of monitoring tools, automation, and documentation best practices

What You Bring

• 5 years minimum of experience as a System Engineer in a large-scale enterprise (1,000+ users)
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead both strategically and technically
• In-depth experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies and virtualization platforms
• Hands-on familiarity with backup and DR tools, especially Veeam
• Strong understanding of monitoring, SCCM, and scripting (PowerShell / VBS / Batch) advantage
• Exposure to Linux/Unix systems- advantage
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCITP, CCNA) -advantage
• Passion for mentoring, building efficient workflows, and getting your hands dirty when needed
