As an Engineering group Manager, you will lead multiple R&D teams and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and impactful solutions. About The Role Overview: This pivotal Data Science position at Claroty is integral to advancing our product offerings. The role involves leading the design and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms that are crucial for distinguishing and monitoring network assets, such as industrial controllers, MRIs, and security cameras. Our aim is to continuously build groundbreaking models that meet the pressing needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead research and development of innovative solutions through classic ML algorithms and GenAI.
- Lead model development, including design, implementation, and optimization.
- Manage the exploration and preprocessing of large, interesting yet messy datasets to uncover key trends and extract valuable insights.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts in cyber-security to integrate data science methodologies into existing frameworks.
- Establish and lead educational initiatives to enhance understanding of data science processes across the company.
- Drive ongoing improvements in model precision, scalability, and efficiency.
- Take a leadership role in statistical understanding within the department, acting as an enabler and knowledge hub to empower data analysts.
- Contribute to and help shape the department’s strategic roadmap.

- Advanced degree ( M.Sc ./PhD) in fields like Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of industry experience applying ML strategies and solving real-world problems, working with real data.
- Extensive skill in data exploration, analysis, and interpretation.
- Demonstrated success in applying statistical and ML techniques to solve practical issues, especially using classic algorithms.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to tackling intricate problems.
- An advantage for candidates with previous experience in team leadership.
