About This Role
The Strategic Account Manager plays a vital role in nurturing and expanding our key client relationships. This position is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services to our most valued clients, fostering long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, understanding client needs, and driving mutual growth.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and achieve account growth.
- Monitor account performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and maximise growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role with broad sales skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills & building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyse data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and G - Suite.
- Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Fluent English
