Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Haifa for an Agency Co-Founder at Iron Dove. The Co-Founder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing operations, developing business strategies, leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting research, and fostering communication within the agency.

• Marketing experience
• Experience in developing business strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
• Previous experience in agency or startup environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
