We’re now seeking a world-class Head of SEO to scale our digital presence globally, build a best-in-class SEO org, and own the strategy behind our geo-expansion into 30+ markets in 2025.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own our global SEO strategy: technical SEO, content, link building, internal architecture, indexing, and site structure.
- Manage and expand cross-functional teams: lead SEO, content, and Digital PR talent in-house and through external partners.
- Build a global digital presence: drive brand visibility, topical authority, and awareness in key geo-markets via SEO and content.
- Drive AI adoption across the SEO stack: from smart clustering to automated workflows and large-scale testing.
- Collaborate with dev/product/data to build SEO-first features, programmatic landing pages, and scalable site infrastructure.
- Operate at massive scale: optimize hundreds of thousands of dynamic pages in a fast-moving, competitive SERP landscape.
- Track, test, and improve: define KPIs, run experiments, analyze data, and iterate relentlessly for performance and impact.
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 7–10 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role at high-growth B2C companies
- Proven experience managing SEO, content, and Digital PR teams, both directly and via agencies or freelancers
- Track record of handling scale—large sites, international SEO, and competitive SERP markets
- Strong technical SEO skills: site architecture, crawl management, internal linking, log analysis
- Mastery of tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and BI dashboards
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and data-led SEO workflows
- Operator mindset: able to go deep, move fast, and lead from the front
- Bonus: experience in ticketing, sports, marketplaces, or travel verticals
Location
This is a hybrid role based in our brand new HQ at the heart of Tel Aviv, with 4 days a week at our office and 1 day WFH.
