Process Engineer for a young Ag-Tech startup in the Protein field

Role responsibilities include:

• Technology transfer from laboratory to up-scale
• Establishing downstream & formulation processes
• Collaborating with external consultants and equipment suppliers
• Working with subcontractors and CMOs in Israel and abroad
• Creating process specifications & ation
• Managing processes from raw materials to finished product, including project leadership, planning, and building a bill of materials (BOM)
• Managing technical procurement, working independently with suppliers and consultants
• Willingness to take on dynamic tasks and work in a constantly changing environment with evolving needs

Requirements:

• Scientific degree (Biology, Biotechnology, or another relevant field)
• Hands-on experience in recombinant proteins downstream processing and formulation
• Industry experience as a Process Engineer or in Tech Transfer
• Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers abroad
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
