We're hiring | Digital Hardware Lead – Cutting-Edge Drone Detection Startup
A fast-growing startup developing next-generation drone detection and tracking systems is looking for a Digital Hardware Lead to join its multidisciplinary R&D team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital hardware, signal processing, and antenna systems — helping build breakthrough technologies for securing the airspace.
What you’ll do
🔹Lead the design and development of advanced digital hardware systems based on FPGAs and GPUs
🔹Define requirements, evaluate alternatives, produce schematics, and oversee manufacturing and lab testing
🔹Drive the development of antenna systems with digital beam-steering capabilities, including architecture optimization
🔹Run simulations and system modeling using MATLAB
🔹Collaborate closely with RF, system, algorithm, and software teams
What we’re looking for
🔹15+ years of hands-on experience in digital circuit design, including FPGA and GPU-based systems
🔹5+ years of experience in digital beam-steering antenna design, with deep system-level understanding
🔹Strong system-level thinking and architecture definition skills
🔹Extensive experience with MATLAB
🔹B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering
🔹Radar systems background – a strong advantage
