Full Stack Engineer

A successful cyber company is hiring a Full Stack Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end infrastructure team with a hands-on approach (50% hands-on development), providing technical guidance and mentorship and fostering professional growth.
• Define the team's roadmap and technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring a strong and scalable team structure.
• Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement and maintain front-end architecture and best practices to ensure high-quality code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Identify and resolve front-end-related performance and compatibility issues across different browsers and devices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end components to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge within the team.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, improve performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions to front-end-related issues reported by users or stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing and leading technical teams
• 4+ years of experience as a Front-end developer or full-stack engineer.
• Hands-on experience in the following technology stack: Vue / React, Node.js, TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and solid problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
