Position Overview:
- Direct management of a team of Project Managers and System Analysts
- Hands-on management of end-to-end digital projects (Web / Mobile) – including planning, monitoring, and execution
- Ongoing collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
- Leading cross-functional, integrative organizational processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing Web / Mobile projects – mandatory
- Proven hands-on experience in systems analysis – mandatory
- Demonstrated experience leading complex Web and Mobile projects with multiple interfaces – mandatory
- Prior experience managing and leading a professional team, including System Analysts and Project Managers – mandatory
- Ability to work independently, with strong strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of organization, structure, and ability to work under pressure
