A leading company in the real estate sector is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President to lead its Urban Renewal Division—a pivotal role that shapes the urban landscape of Israel through strategic planning, business development, and public engagement.

*Position Overview:*
The Vice President will oversee, plan, and initiate all urban renewal activities within the company. This includes securing new projects, advancing plans with authorities, managing contracts, overseeing statutory processes, and fostering collaborations with stakeholders ranging from residents to regulatory and development entities.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and manage the company's urban renewal initiatives.
- Identify and secure new urban renewal projects, including evacuation-reconstruction and TAMA 38 initiatives.
- Oversee statutory and planning processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contracts and negotiations with residents, partners, and consultants.
- Develop internal policies related to urban renewal.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with government ministries, municipalities, developers, legal advisors, and architects.
- Participate in planning and licensing committees, professional conferences, and public events.

*Requirements:*
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior management role within urban renewal—mandatory.
- Previous experience in a development company, project management firm, or consultancy specializing in urban renewal—mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale evacuation-reconstruction projects—mandatory.
- Relevant academic background: Architecture, Law, Real Estate Appraisal, or Engineering—mandatory.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and statutory planning processes.
- Experience working with residents, including the ability to lead and motivate in complex scenarios.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and team leadership capabilities.
