We are looking for an R&D manager to join us.

As an R&D MANAGER, You will lead a team and will be responsible for designing and developing our Technological products.

Job description-

Lead a team of developers and Support Team
Responsible for product life cycle: architecture, design, development, quality, and production
Working in a fast-growing retail company on challenging projects
Work with various technologies, developing, and implementing systems, applications development.
Hands-on Software development.
Working closely with the Data team, product managers, e-commerce, marketing, and digital departments

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a team lead/R&D manager -must
At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer
Experience in developing server-side, including - .Net & .Net core - must!
Experience in front-end development including – Html, CSS, JavaScript, react, angular
Proven architecture and design skills
Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres, and MongoDB databases
Experience with working on cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
Proven ability in project management and understanding of business processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, leads by example, with a "hands-on" management style
A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively
Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering
