Chief Information Officer

We're a dynamic industrial group with multiple sites seeking a highly skilled and experienced CIO (Chief Information Officer) to lead our IT and IS initiatives. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our information systems and infrastructure, driving technological strategy, and ensuring seamless support for our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for all information systems and infrastructure across the group, including ERP systems, BI systems, information security, and computing and communication infrastructure.
• Design and implementation of the company's computing strategy to support business activities, with an emphasis on synergy and leveraging economies of scale across different organizational units.
• Define and execute work plans and strategic initiatives.
• Provide solutions for the computerization of organizational processes.
• Manage and implement cross-organizational projects.
• Oversee vendor relationships with software providers, tracking task execution and budget adherence.
• Lead the group's IT and IS team, ensuring objectives are met within time and budget constraints as per management requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Computer Science.
• Experience: Proven experience managing similar units and leading information systems projects.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of infrastructure and information security.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, LIMS, BI systems, and various reporting tools. Experience with Priority ERP and Power BI is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork abilities, strong work ethic, broad perspective, high service orientation, diligence, thoroughness, and effective communication skills.
