Head of AI – Founding Role | Cybersecurity + AI Agents
We're a newly funded cybersecurity startup backed by a significant seed round, building cutting-edge solutions powered by AI Agents. We're on a mission to redefine how organizations defend themselves using intelligent, autonomous systems.
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of AI to shape our AI vision and lead the development of transformative products. This is a founding-level role with the opportunity to make a real impact and grow with the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead hands-on development of AI Agents using RAG, LLMs, and Multi-Agent Systems
- Work with leading Python libraries such as LangGraph, PydanticAI, and others
- Define and drive the AI strategy across research and product development
- Build and lead the AI team from the ground up
- Deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions that reshape cybersecurity operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with LLM-based applications and modern AI agent architectures
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with the GenAI stack
- Passion for both deep tech and real-world impact
- A founder mindset and desire to grow something from zero to one
