AI / Data Science Specialist

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced AI/Data Science Specialist to join its Innovation group.

This role focuses on developing AI-driven tools that enable auditors to analyze large datasets, identify anomalies, and automate insights. You'll work on impactful solutions like document summarization, intelligent assistants, and predictive modeling — all tailored to real audit needs.

• Design and implement AI models for structured and unstructured data
• Develop LLM-based tools (e.g., summarizers, document Q&A bots, anomaly detectors)
• Fine-tune models using real-world audit data
• Apply prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Collaborate with audit teams to understand use cases and measure value
• Support end-to-end delivery from research to deployment (with cloud and product teams)
  

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI / Data Science
• Solid skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, LangChain, HuggingFace)
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
• Familiarity with audit/finance/compliance data – a plus
• Experience building AI tools from concept to production
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
• Hebrew – native level | English – fluent
