We're looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our Product Empowerment team at a global high-tech company

📅 Experience: 2-3 years in motion design
🎯 What you'll do
Be a Motion Visionary: Lead the creative direction of motion design projects, from storyboard to final animation.
Design & Animation: Create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics that simplify complex concepts and enhance our learning experiences.
Visual Storytelling: Bring creative scripts and briefings to life with impactful and educational visual narratives.
Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency.
Brand integrity: Maintain Waze and Google brand standards in every visual element you create.
Post-production expertise: Handle video editing, sound design, and graphics integration into polished final products.
Asset management: Organize and optimize design files and assets for reuse and flexibility.
✅ What you bring
Professional experience as a motion graphics designer in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Strong portfolio/video demos that demonstrate a variety of 2D motion design work, storytelling, and technical capabilities.
Tool expertise: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop at a professional level.
Design fundamentals: Deep understanding of animation principles, visual composition, color theory, and branding.
Illustration Skills: Ability to create original visual assets from scratch.
Figma Proficiency: Confidence working with Figma for storyboarding and design collaboration.
Excellent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
