Technical Project Manager and CSM

What is the job:

The project manager will lead the execution of cloud related projects as well as addressing customer technical needs, Besides, the project manager will be responsible on business processes and own customers satisfaction during the cloud services lifecycle.

The ultimate candidate must be a team player with “can do” attitude, a dedicated, ambitions and self-drive. The role includes internal corporate resources coordination and leadership, to provide maximum value to Customers and increase Customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

• Own cloud onboarding processes execution
• Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues
• Perform periodic high-touch service monitoring
• Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
• Measure performance and proactively identify customers’ potential issues. Analyze data and provide insights and improvement plans
• Develop service projects scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. Meet and improve aggressive service-related KPIs
• Craft detailed project plans to track progress and manage risks
• Ensure resources allocation and availability
• Coordinate, monitor and lead internal resources for the flawless execution of cloud projects
• On call during emergency CDDOS and WAF onboarding.
• Support the sales team with new opportunities.
• Work closely with Security Engineers, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Providing feedback to internal teams to improve product, service, and experience.
• Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and usage.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer use of the company’s products and services.
  
  

What you need:

• 6+ years of proven matrix managerial experience. Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
• BS.C degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Experience with SaaS and cloud technology
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in computer networking technologies
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  
  

Ability to support the following:

• Proficiency in English, written and verbal communication skills, Spanish – a strong advantage
• Cyber security experience – advantage
• PMP certification- advantage
