Senior Product Designer

iCount is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team, elevate the product experience, and help thousands of users spend less time wrestling with software - and more time running their business.

What You’ll Do

Define and drive the design vision across iCount’s products, aligning UX with business goals

Support visual consistency by coaching a part-time Marketing Designer on cross-brand alignment

Own the full design cycle - from research and flows to UI, visual design, and system work

Maintain and evolve our Figma-based design system to ensure consistency across touchpoints

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences

What You'll Bring

5+ years designing complex SaaS platforms and mobile apps - Must

Deep expertise in UX principles, interaction patterns, and methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Product

Mastery in Figma, including impeccable hands-on UI design and scalable system libraries

A strong portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and craft

2+ years leading design teams - a plus

Native-level Hebrew and strong professional English
