Experienced Data Platform Integrator

ERO group LTD is developing cutting-edge Data platforms for real-time monitoring, analysis, and system observability. We're looking for a hands-on and highly skilled Integrator to lead and execute integration processes across software and hardware components, with a strong emphasis on complex OT (Operational Technology) environments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end integration of software/hardware components in a dynamic Data platform environment.
• Lead and execute integration workflows across systems and teams.
• Implement and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards using Grafana and BI tools.
• Ensure system health and performance through the use of advanced observability tools.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust and scalable systems.

📍 Location

This is a full-time on-site position located in Northern Israel.

✅ Requirements

• Practical Engineering Degree (Associate Degree) or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years experience in maintaining computer systems in cloud environments and/or data-intensive infrastructures.
• 2+ years experience leading an integration team.
• Strong understanding of data structures and system architecture.
• Experience in software development and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and ALM tools.
• Solid experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Hands-on experience installing and deploying systems in Docker-based environments.
• Familiarity with various data formats such as binary data structured by schemas, CSV, JSON,  XML and textual logs.
• Deep knowledge of IT systems, operating systems, hardware/software integration, data bases and debugging.
• Excellent skills in analyzing and integrating hybrid systems (software + hardware).
• Proficiency with IP communication protocols and system monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Data bases etc.).
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Advantage: Experience working with military/defense projects or with OT systems.
• Significant advantage: Proven track record in leading cross-system integrations.

🌐 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with scripting languages commonly used in DevOps such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience writing automation scripts for CI/CD processes and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with open-source data tools and distributed monitoring environments.
• Experience building Grafana and BI dashboards for real-time telemetry and system status.
• experience working with video recordings and synchronized video streams.
