Head of Credit & Loyalty Program

A unique and dynamic company in the consumer club sector is seeking a Head of Credit & Loyalty Program to lead the establishment and management of the credit and loyalty program for its customer club. This is an independent, intensive, and broad role, encompassing comprehensive management of all aspects: commercial, financial, legal, marketing, accounting, and technological.

The successful candidate will orchestrate the building of the operational infrastructure – including the development and implementation of required technological platforms – and will lead the department to achieve business goals and drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulating and establishing the loyalty program for club members.
• Establishing and ongoing management of credit activities – including building financial partnerships.
• Responsibility for all aspects of the domain – business, legal, marketing, accounting, and technological.
• Leading the development and implementation of technological platforms and systems for credit and loyalty activities.
• Ongoing collaboration with partners – credit companies, banks, technology providers, and regulators.
• Performance analysis and control, report generation, and meeting business objectives.
• Close collaboration with all departments within the organization – Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, Commercial, and Technology.
• Promoting innovation and digital initiatives in the FinTech and club sectors.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the credit field – from a credit company, bank, or customer club.
• Experience in establishing or managing a loyalty program – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with technology providers and CRM/financial systems.
• Broad understanding of financial, legal, and technological processes.
• Systemic thinking, initiative, and the ability to lead end-to-end activities independently.
• Data proficiency, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
