Your Role And Responsibilities

Trusteer, an IBM Security Group, is seeking a Deployment/Technical Project Manager responsible for ensuring successful integrations and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end deployment of Trusteer products into customers’ applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including Security, Support, Product and Sales to align on implementation architecture and project goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase
• Lead kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-deployment validations
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues proactively
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical problems
• Ensure technical integrations are completed successfully and meet quality standards
• Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, both internal and external
• Continuously optimize deployment processes for efficiency and scalability
  
  

• Few years of experience in a technical customer facing role such as pre/post-sale engineer / technical account manager/integration engineer
• Deep understanding of web technologies (XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, REST API etc)
• Deep understanding of network topologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewall, load balancer proxy etc)
• Project management experience
• Experience with Database and SQL
• Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer facing communication skills
• English – mother tongue level
• Attention to detail
  
  

• Software development experience is a big advantage
• Information security background
• Additional languages (Spanish, French) proficiency
