Technical Recruiting Manager

We are seeking a passionate Technical Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. 

In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and hiring top technical talent, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with top technical candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.

Continuously improve recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent across various roles and seniority levels.
• Experience in managing a team of recruitment coordinators – an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• The position is full-time, based in the central region, with no hybrid option.
