Our product-first, tech-led team is disrupting the $300B global ticketing space with innovation, AI, and performance marketing at its core.

We’re looking for a hungry, hands-on Gen-AI Specialist to lead our internal AI automation efforts, with an emphasis on creating content and translations at scale. You’ll work side by side with our top-tier developers, product, and content teams to build and scale powerful language systems across multiple markets, internal tools to robust our operations and much more. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality workflows & prompts, creating evaluations for our AI products.

You’ll own the process end-to-end: evaluating tools, building workflows, optimizing for quality at scale, and launching new capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI powers our global growth.

What you bring:

• Proven experience building products & processes with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI).
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
• Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for the latest in GenAI and conversational AI developments.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, function calling, and testing methodologies for AI agents.
• Highly self-motivated, execution-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Startup energy – you build fast, learn fast, own it all
• Passion for sports, music and live events is a big plus!
