Experienced SAP HR Implementer Needed for a Telecommunications Company
Analyze business needs and gather requirements from the client
Write functional specification documents
Perform system customizing (Customizing)
Support and implement processes within SAP HR modules
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR module implementation and customizing
Strong business understanding and process analysis skills
Proven experience working with the following modules:
PA – Personnel Administration
PD – Organizational Management
PB – Recruitment Module
TE – Training and Event Management
Advantages:
Experience with the Time Management module and writing schemas – significant advantage
Mandatory: Ability to read and understand ABAP code
