SAP implementer

A leading international company that supplies alternative and renewable geothermal energy technology is looking for a SAP Lead Implementer.

Basic Job Purpose

• Serve as a lead SAP implementer and IT business partner in one or more of the following domains: Project Systems (PS), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM).
• Deliver full implementation capabilities in at least one of the SAP modules – PS, PM, or QM – including: process consulting, SAP customizing, technical specification preparation, troubleshooting and debugging, collaboration with key users and developers, testing, and solution delivery.
• Willingness and flexibility to learn and support additional SAP modules as needed, in alignment with evolving business requirements.
  
  

• Provide ongoing application support, including troubleshooting and resolution of system issues as part of daily operations.
• Lead implementation of new processes, including:
• Requirements gathering
• Technical specification writing
• Collaboration with developers on unit testing
• End-user training
• UAT coordination
• Documentation and knowledge transfer
• Provide weekly status updates to IT management.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – preferred.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a SAP implementer in one or more of the following modules: PS, PM, QM.
• Strong understanding of relevant business processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and quickly learn new systems and methodologies.
• High level of English – both written and spoken – is required.
• Willingness and ability to work with international teams, including collaboration with US-based stakeholders (Pacific Time Zone).
• Advantage: Familiarity with integration points to other SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO.
