Project Manager – Banking / Mortgage Information Systems

Job Description:

A leading financial organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage technological projects in the field of mortgages and banking information systems. The role includes overseeing strategic projects from initiation to implementation, including business analysis, system specification, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage technological projects in the mortgage and banking systems domain.

- Write business requirements and specification documents (BRD, current state analysis).

- Coordinate between business and technological units: development, QA, end-users, compliance, etc.

- Manage timelines, budgets, project schedules, and control mechanisms.

- Support transformation processes, data migrations, and core system implementations.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in managing technological projects – required.

- Experience in the financial/banking/mortgage industry – strong advantage.

- Experience in writing business requirements and specifications.

- Familiarity with work processes in large, multi-interface organizations.

- Relevant academic degree – required (Information Systems / Engineering / Management / Law).

- Fluent in Hebrew and English – spoken and written.
