Microcon Vision LTD, Young and growing company at the Defense tech market is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director Operation to lead operational scaling, including upgrading production lines and expanding supply chain capabilities to meet increasing demand. The Senior Director Operation will oversee procurement, production planning (MRP), quality assurance, and logistics, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.
