We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to join our Backend Engineering team and lead the way in shaping the architecture and development of our Kubernetes-based platform. This role combines strong technical ownership with team leadership, and is perfect for someone passionate about building complex systems and mentoring others.

As an Automation Tester at ScaleOps, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

• Currently enrolled as a graduate in engineering or computer science
• 1+ years of Automation Engineer experience.
• experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript).
• High ownership mentality – proactive, responsible, and accountable
• A passionate team player with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
