System Analyst & Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Systems Analyst & Project Manager to join our team.

The role focuses primarily on systems analysis, with partial responsibilities in

project management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements documents from internal stakeholders.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Investigate current systems, identify business needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with external vendors and manage communication and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management – required
• At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis – required
• Proven experience in digital platforms (websites, mobile apps, online systems) – required
• Experience in IT project management – advantage
• Background in large-scale organizations or the financial sector – advantage
• Strong process leadership, client-facing experience, and strategic thinking abilities
