We’re looking for a senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end BI and data analytics projects – from requirements to delivery – in a global healthcare environment.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years in BI roles

• 3+ years as BI System Analyst in IT

• Power BI, QlikSense – building interactive dashboards and reports

• Azure (Data Factory, Fabric), Databricks – hands-on experience

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills

• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)

• Familiarity with AI-based analytics tools – a plus

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration

• Ability to lead full-cycle projects independently

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Industrial Engineering
