This an exciting opportunity for a driven and adaptable individual to join our team as an Office Manager & Executive Assistant (EA), playing a key role in our fast-paced, innovative environment. As an EA you will have the opportunity to understand all aspects of venture capital, you will also be able to develop HR skills over time.
Role Overview:
The Office Manager & Executive Assistant will ensure the smooth operation of our office while providing essential support to our managing partner. The managing partner is the CEO and CIO of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient, organized, and professional environment.
- Proactively handle office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, solving problems before they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance) to maintain seamless office operations.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Calendar Management & Meeting Coordination:
- Manage multiple calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate key meetings (internal and external), including investors, board, and startup meetings, and handle complex logistics.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on actionable items post-meetings.
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide high-level personal and administrative support to partners, including managing travel, communications, and sensitive information.
- Handles errands and tasks.
- Interacts with the portfolio companies and gets exposure to investors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Independence & Initiative: Proven ability to think critically and solve problems autonomously.
- Hard-working & Self-motivated: Strong work ethic, capable of working independently in a high-paced environment.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings.
- Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
