We are looking for a hands-on Angular & Nest.js Development Lead (non-managerial) to join a top-tier financial organization. This is a key role that combines deep technical expertise with cross-functional leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Professional leadership in front-end development using Angular and Nest.js
Overseeing system integration with various services
Leading monitoring and control (SIEM/SOC) aspects
Coordinating DevOps activities
Managing system updates and version upgrades
Providing professional leadership in UI/UX domain

Requirements:

6+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer
Mandatory technologies: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, Git, DevOps tools, Nest.js
Advantageous technologies: .NET, Elastic, APM tools
Proven experience in technical leadership within development teams
Hands-on experience with service integration – mandatory
Familiarity with microservices architecture – an advantage
Experience writing and executing Unit Tests and conducting Code Reviews – an advantage
Experience working with Product/UX/Clients – an advantage
AI development experience – mandatory
Experience with AWS cloud development – an advantage

Soft Skills & Qualifications:

Strong system-wide vision with the ability to implement technological solutions that align with business needs
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
