RT Embedded Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated RT Embedded Team Leader to lead our embedded software development team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in embedded systems, a passion for technology, and strong leadership capabilities to drive innovative solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. An interest or background in the drone domain is a strong advantage.

As a Team Leader, you will be engaged in the following tasks:

• Manage a team of 3 Software Embedded Engineers
• Developing and maintaining firmware for STM32 microcontrollers or similar platforms, ensuring robust and efficient operation.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Hardware Engineers and Product Managers, to integrate firmware with other system components
• Contributing to the entire software development lifecycle – from requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, to deployment and maintenance
• Working on Linux-based development environments and contributing to improving existing software architecture
• Proactively identifying and solving complex technical issues, optimizing code for performance and scalability
• Participating in code reviews, documentation, and maintaining high-quality standards in embedded software development

: Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software developers
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Embedded Software Engineer
• Proficiency in C and C++ , with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Hands on experience with STM32 microcontrollers or similar embedded platforms.
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and development tools
• Deep understanding of real-time, multi-threaded software tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
