What’s the role?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join a dynamic unit responsible for the development and maintenance of digital assets and core systems.

This role includes:

• Understanding and analyzing business requirements
• Designing technological solutions
• Writing detailed specifications (High-Level & Detailed Design)
• Supporting development and QA teams throughout the system lifecycle
• Taking part in a variety of projects and end-to-end initiatives, including cross-functional collaboration with business and tech stakeholders

What you bring:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Digital and Backend Systems Analysis – must

✅ Proven experience in writing functional and technical specification documents

✅ Experience leading tasks and projects end-to-end – strong advantage

✅ Background in the financial industry or open banking – significant advantage

✅ Development background – advantage

✅ Strong command of SQL and familiarity with databases

✅ Proficiency with tools like Jira and Visio

✅ Academic degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
