Senior System Analyst

Comblack is hiring a Senior Systems Analyst for a leading financial organization in the central region!

• Writing functional and technical specifications, including business processes, rules, and interfaces

• Participation in and leadership of digital projects, technological innovation initiatives, and process improvement efforts

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in systems analysis and writing detailed business and technical specifications within the financial sector (banking, credit, investment management)
• Experience designing the technological architecture of complex, multi-interface projects (online and batch processing)
• Experience in defining a technology strategy and translating it into a practical work plan
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder interfaces
• Prior knowledge of working with financial process-based systems / investment management systems (e.g., Danel, front office, back office platforms)
