Quality and Reliability Manager JB-4022

A leading global company is searching for a QA Program manager to manage development QA engineers and work closely with the R&D.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensuring QA is an integral part of the development process
• Developing and maintaining the “Quality Plan”, that fits the overall Program Plan
• Define processes and KPIS, monitor progress and initiate activities to correct and improve.
• Enhance QA employee’s mentorship, training, and technical expertise.
• Work closely with R&D engineers as well as Product Management and Delivery departments.
• Track and implement adherence to standards and overall compliance
• Lead in internal and external audit and records.

Requirements:

• BSc in engineering/Quality and Reliability - a must
• At least 5 years of experience in leading a QA field in a company - a must
• Experience with multidisciplinary product - a must
• Proven experience in an Agile Scrum environment and software development methodology - a must
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to lead successfully across organizational lines - a must.
• Risk based approach analytical skills - a must
