Menora Mivtachim Legal Department – Hiring Legal Counsel for the Investments Division (Full-Time)

About Us

The Legal Department at Menora Mivtachim plays a key role in supporting the Group’s wide-ranging business activities, with a particular focus on legal and regulatory oversight for the Investments Division. We work closely with internal business units, senior management, external counsel, and regulators, and are involved in high-value transactions across a variety of asset classes, both in Israel and internationally.

We are looking for a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:

- Israeli qualified lawyer with 4–5 years of post-bar legal experience

- LL.B. from a top-tier academic institution (required)

- Experience working at a leading law firm in relevant practice areas – such as M&A, finance, private equity, capital markets, securities law, or financial regulation

- Previous in-house legal experience in financial institutions (such as banks, insurance companies, or investment houses) – strong advantage

- Background or exposure to financial or economic matters – an advantage

- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills in both Hebrew and English

- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Business-oriented and proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of complex matters and see them through to execution
